Managing the company’s purchase orders on multiple sites through spreadsheets was proving difficult and inefficient. A database application was needed that helped manage the current operation and was ready for future growth of the business.

Amethyst Systems developed a web application that enabled the logging of purchase orders (POs) but also offered all the additional required functionality. The system was produced in a matter of weeks.

The application we provided assists Zenith staff with recording purchase orders and eradicating the possibility of any mistake or misuse. Depending on the security level of
the user logged in to the system, that user will only be able to perform specific tasks.
